Chr*s is back! Those senior yoga mates who know Chr*s felt exicited when they know that the 6.45pm class will replace by Chr*s. Who is Chr*s? Chr*s was former yoga instructor at my yoga Studio BUT she stopped teaching for a year as she decided to go for back packing trip at New
Zealand.
Am I know her ? No.. I am junior student whose is practising yoga for 4 months at Les studio. I attended her class yesterday. My first impression of her is she has a sexy body shape.
Overall within an hour of the class, her yoga flow was slow and the asana poses are simple. We only did some basic gentle flow, Sun Salutation 1 and Sun Salutation 2. 10 minutes before the class ended, we did some core training. But still we sweat alot ! We enjoyed the class too. Let’s imagine, with her sexy body moved with the yoga flow… Fuyohhh… |*whistle*|
