Sweat was dripping from my face. I felt that my hands were shaking. After 2 to 3 breaths, I cannot hold on the posture anymore and came out to sitting pose.
“You will feel the pain on your arms tomorrow. Do not worry. Enjoy the pain..â€
I always have a great feeling after my yoga class. I think it’s great to feel the flexibility of my body and the calmness of my mind. Yoga always makes me feel accomplished and refreshed.
My next target asana is bridge pose. I can do the bridge pose but I cannot hold the pose for long. My hands still do not have strength on that. I hope I can be flexible enough and hold for this posture at least 5 breaths.

Bridge pose helps to build our abdominal core, upper and lower body strength. It also helps to open the chest and train the flexibility of our spine as well as relieve from back pain.
Life is full of pain. Hardwork is necessary. Enjoy the pain. Hardwork never go waste and will guide you toward fruitful results.

I am thinking of taking Yoga too.

hehe…i usually do this pose with my gym ball….really cant control yet with my limbs

Good, I have never tried yoga before. But, I want to see you do the bridge pose… take a pic and show us.

Yoga is a good way to keep us healthy, unfortunately not for me , if I practice yoga then I will break my bone very soon, I am just not flexible at all…
keeyit || Wei, trust me, I am also not flexible enough, BUT you definately can do it for maybe a year..
That looks painful! I started YOGA (beginner) early this year with the DVD at home. Now have switched from it to Aerobics. Hehehe. I didn’t sweat much leh when I was doing the YOGA but did have little bit muscle sore the next day. May be i got all my pose wrong?
keeyit || I learnt from DVD before. BUT no sweat at all. But once I joined the yoga class, I sweat A LOT ! This is because in the class, you have to hold for the correct postures for at least 6 to 8 breaths. You will definately feel pai seh if you do not follow the instructors as other students are still holding the post.. Right?
I tried Yoga couple of times but i still prefer Pilate which work on the core (abs muscle)… Unfortunately i’m still not reaching my target, 6 packs :-p

You are rally amazingly flexible if you can perform the bridge posture!
keeyit || No really le.. There are still got some other postures that more difficult.
u probably wouldnt believe it but i can do the bridge pose and some more….but i stopped bcoz it costs too much to go to gym and oso yoga
might continue if i can find the money
