Photo Hunter - Long

Below are the photos that I took 2 years back during my business trip to Bangkok. My ex-colleagues and I went to famous Damnoen Nam Saduak floating market. This was really a nice experience in my life.
Look at the long canals were filled with flat boats. With this long-tail boat ride to the market, I saw how the local people earn their living. Floating market in Bangkok is the most colourful a must visit tourist spot in Asia.

Nice one. I visited Bangkok few times in the past but yet to visit the Damnoen Nam Saduak floating market yet. Coz too lazy to wake up early in the morning

Ahhh so nice. I wanted to visit Damnoen Nam Saduak floating market when I was there last year but the hotel told us it is close on a Sunday.

this place is better than the commercialized floating market on tour groups. Now this is authentic.

sigh….. I am planning to visit Bangkok next year…. but now have to slog like hell at work to save up the money….
Long sampan, long river…etc…. great shots for the theme though….
keeyit || Book via Air Asia and get a cheap flight.. I think food and accomodation there are cheap too..

I love the Floating Market! But have you gone to the ‘original’ floating market in BKK? It’s quite a distance from the city… This Damnoen Nam Saduak is the ‘commercial’ floating market

this pic brings back wonderful memories..i left my bag n valuables in the taxi…i went to report to the police and half an hour later, it was returned to me at the hotel..omg the police r so efficient

I have been to Bangkok twice but never had a chance to visit the floating market yet. Hopefully I will be able to go again next year.

floating market.. i remembered last year went there… Don’t dare to eat mango sticky rice.. because they washed their hands on the river!!
