Telemarketer : “Wait..”
The telemarketer put me on hold for almost 15 minutes..
Have you ever encountered such a poor conversation with those telemarketers ? Telemarketers are the representative of the company, how can they do such a bad job?
For generating sales leads in this competitive areas, polite conversations with clients is a must to give a good impression to the customer. I think they should learn how to serve the customer better. Customers are always correct, right?

Customers are not always right. There are difficult customers who love giving Hell to salespeople. There are cheapskate customers who would abuse or bully salespeople for a discount. Always be in the shoes of others and try to understand their problems.
