Celebration with yogamates

We had organized a small new year celebration party at yoga center last week. Besides having some snacks, we had spent some time for chit chatting on where to go for new year eve countdown and more. We also had fun doing some funny yoga poses with our instructor.
Our yogamates new year goal is stay fit and be healthy.

keeyit || 10kg per month ??? No way la.. slowly la.. 3 months 1kg then ok la.. lose weight needs to be patience one le..

It is so good to have a group of friends with common interest and I found a group of friends too in Church. It is just so important to have “Love” in life.
BTW, wish you stay “beauty” and ” lively” and Happy” all the time.

I think I will have a huge problem stretching my body like that if I ever join yoga. Haha…. btw nice cake there wor.

keeyit || Actually I also faced problem when I did those stretching in school. BUT after joining yoga for a month, I was able to do that la.. ok la.. a bit pain lol.. come liao now !

How much you pay a month (for the class)?
keeyit || Now got promotion RM49 per month but you got to sign up for 18 months.
Everybody seems to be having a good time. No wonder you enjoy your yoga classes so much. lol
keeyit || Yeah.. working actually quite boring and stress.. I like to enjoy the laughters that I found in the yoga classes.
Aunties also can do yoga. Perhaps I can try too…
