First day of Chinese New Year, we wake up about 6.45am. Yeah, it was very early. This was because the lion dance started at 7.30am. We will have lion dance every year on the first day of Chinese New Year. My parents believe that it will bring happiness and good luck for the new coming year.
We will stay at home on the first day of Chinese New Year. My relatives from Kuantan, Seremban and nearby one will come to my house for chit chatting and for lunch.

Recalling the younger days at my grandma’s home in Bukit Pasir, Muar, with the Lion Dance troupe and CNY visiting, haven’t been travelling back often as I would like.
Must be an enjoyable time for you and your family too !

You family member join Persatuan Tarian Singa issit? Nowadays, back in my hometown in Kuantan, unless you join the association they will only come to your house.
