I tender my resignation
“XXX, This letter is for you and this one is for boss.”
“Oh.. Resignation arr.”
“Yeah.”
Then I went back home already.
I tendered my resignation letter yesterday after work.
While I was printing my resignation letter, my hands were cold and shivering. My mind was blank at that moment. I did not know what I should say to her. But the answer that she gave me sound still ok. Hahaha..
Let see today what will be happen…. I really hate to go through those exit interview. I hate to answer why resign? what happen? is it stress? will you stay if counter offer you?
The answer that I will give is standard. I found a better job!
Sometimes, resignation is the last solution that we take after something unwanted happened and you feel disappointed on that. Resignation is not an easy thing.

I too had to go tru the same experience on the 30 January. I gave my resignation letter the same time I get my letter for bonus! People will always ask for reasons and it is best to keep it simple and pleasant so that their memories of you is not marred by your final words.

I have been coughing so badly for about 2 weeks now. I always have bad allergies during seasonal changes, especially winter/spring when the flowers are started to bloom.

Resignation is a nice feeling if you have had enough of the place and the feeling of being in a rut.
Resignation is not easy if you are leaving for a better job offer yet you like where you are.
Life is such that sometimes we leave our comfort zone to seek something that may be better for us.
You will be fine and my prayers and thoughts are with you.
