High Calories and High Cholesterol
Guilty, guilty … I have a lot of junk food today. Let’s see what I have today.
Morning : Ipoh chicken Hor Fun + Oat breads
Noon : Roasted pork rice with vegetables + Chocolates + Dragon fruits
Night : McD set + ice-cream
Normally I will control my diet with less sugars, less fat, less calories and less cholesterol.

Yeah, due to my new job, I still cannot estimate the time that I finish my work everyday. I predict sometime I have to work late and sometimes maybe can go home earlier.
Last time, I used to go to yoga everyday to burn all my calories. But now, I went to yoga twice a week only.
