Since I have been working in this company, I hardly can go for my yoga class except the first week of my employment. If compared with my previous job, I used to go to yoga class everyday. If I can finish my job around 6.40pm, I can manage to attend 7pm yoga class. Anyway, I can compromise with it. My target is twice yoga practices a week! Today, I hit my target. I went to my yoga class 2 times already in this week. Yeepee!!
Let’s share with you all what I had today for my lunch. I followed my team mates for lunch at PJ states. It was quite some times I haven’t walk so far under The Sun. 
We went to a Lam Mee shop. Quite nice. Mushroom Lam mee + Herbs Tea cost me RM9.
I am hungry now~ I cannot eat dinner after yoga class…

Why cannot eat after yoga? Walau, torturing le if dun eat after exercise.
