Challenging
I have been working in this company for almost 2 months. So far, I am following a senior on doing a project and I am still learning on how to do my daily job as I haven’t do this kind of job scope before.
Due to some internal changes, I need to handle that project by my own. This is a big news to me actually. I am a bit worry. I am not sure whether this is good or bad. I do not have the confidence to do it as I am lacking of the knowledge and experience in that field. Furthermore, I am quite new.
Maybe I should think another way round, I will definitely learn a lot of things from this project as I need to do all the coordination and jobs by my own. Let’s treat this a challenge.
I believev experiences of failures can help me to obtain and succeed in future jobs. Wish me good luck~

Nothing come easy though, I know you may face a little bit of problems but you will still finish it anyway so.. i think you have no problem at all.

My advice is that if you are stuck in a ditch, don’t just keep quiet. Ask someone. Ask your manager/senior. They have the same goal as you, to ensure that the project goes well. They might not be able to hold your hand but at least they can offer you some guidance if you’re stuck.
And the worst case scenario is… they can’t blame you if something doesn’t work out because you had already informed them and they didn’t act on it.
keeyit || Yeah.. I asked for helps if I faced problem. I always ask my senior to ensure I have done those tasks correctly. Hahaha.. correct.. I hope everything will be ok..
Good Luck! Though I don’t think you need it coz I’m sure you’ll do fine, it’s ok to stumble along the way because that’s how we all learn. You’ll come through good.

No challenge no skill advancement … I like challenging task/project… that’s the reason i agreed to take up the project in Africa. A challenging project in term of different culture and different environment. :->
