Father Day
Due to the company team building, I did not go back hometown for this Father’s Day. But last week, we went to Seremban had lunch to celebrate Father’s Day. I also bought him 2 polo shirts as Father’s Day gift.
My father is 52 years old this year. My father has his own renovation business at my hometown - Tampin. My father is a strict person. I remember first time I was being canned by him was during kindergarden when I only got number 14 in the class with 25 people. But after that, I always in the top 5 in the class. 
And now, I have been working for few years already. And my father is getting old. Actually I am quite worried about his health. I always ask him to go for medical check up but he do not want to go. I really do not know why. Hahaha..
Next week, I will go back hometown again. I guess we will stay at home watching Euro 08 at dining room at this time.

My dad can be like that too, until he suffered a stroke. You should convince him to go for a checkup, nothing extravagant, just a routine check would do. Happy father’s day to your dad!

Tell you what. Just take a 1-day leave. Tell him you have made an appointment with doctor. And accompany him to go. Old men are like that one. Keep on saying no and dun want to trouble others la, and so on. In fact, if you insist, they actually would love to go.
