Bread
What is your breakfast when you were young before you went to school? I guess majority should be bread and kaya with milo. Right? Hahaha..
For me, I seldom eat bread when I was young. Normally, my mum bought us mihun from pasar. Even through I stay outside from home, I also used to go to pasar to buy kuih, bao, nasi lemak, mihun, yau tiao with soya bean, chee cheong fun and etc for breakfast. I love heavy breakfast.
Recently, due to I need to go for yoga early in the morning around 630am. I cannot go to pasar to buy breakfast. So, I have bread and butter as my breakfast in the office.
I know this kind of breakfast is healthy but not tasty~
add more things in it lor..like jam lah, vegemite lah, anything lah

What’s the point you do yoga but eat unhealthy food?
Go to buy canned salmon/tuna from grocery store. Add a few slices of lettuce or cucumber. Maybe it tastes better.

keeyit || Hahaha.. I got no choice la.. I need to work late cannot go to yoga after work.. so I must be discipline to go at the morning lol..
I also like heavy breakfast but only can eat on weekends because weekdays have to prepare for work, so only can eat simple like bread or coco-crunch

Well I used to dislike wheat bread too but now I love it.
keeyit || Yeah I wake up at 6.15am and go for yoga.. after yoga then go for some jogging then only go to work..
I had G Cheong Fun. My school sells it and I will take it w/o fail. The G Cheong Fun in Penang is different.

My mum used to prepared half boil eggs for me as breakfast when I was a kid. Can’t imagine having them now! Haha.

love heavy breakfast while i was working too. but now at home, cut cost and eat only 2 pieces of bread.

perhaps u may try Toast’em..but these days, my bfast also wholemeal bread with kaya and butter..my dad made it for me and my mum every morning…although it taste dull, indeed, it’s good for health..

Who says eating bread is healthy? It’s high in GI (Glycemix Index) unless you choose a low GI bread. And don’t buy Gardenia - it’s loaded with preservatives. A good breakfast is made up of fruits - lots of them.
