When we are in a new company, even through we got N years experiences but we also need to learn new products or services information from our colleagues.     I think it’s only fair that people KT or Knowledge Transfer to other folks who will be involved in the project… Can’t expect people to read minds right? Besides that, some documentation may not exist at all!

    That’s what happened to one of my projects in a previous job, where the KT was done based on actual working code. No documentation was done previously and so, I took the opportunity to create the KT documents for future use…
