Knowledge transfer
When we are in a new company, even through we got N years experiences but we also need to learn new products or services information from our colleagues. From my previous employments, I used to work with people who are selfish and they won’t teach you and only know to bring you to go round and round. I also have great opportunities to work with masters who really guide me to make the project success.
Luckily, I meet persons that are willing to transfer their knowledge to me so that I can manage the project well in future. I feel paiseh sometimes to trouble them due to I am very new to the system. I saw them very busy on their own projects. Hahaha… No choice la… Don’t know must ask one ma~

I think it’s only fair that people KT or Knowledge Transfer to other folks who will be involved in the project… Can’t expect people to read minds right? Besides that, some documentation may not exist at all!
That’s what happened to one of my projects in a previous job, where the KT was done based on actual working code. No documentation was done previously and so, I took the opportunity to create the KT documents for future use…

it is good to know that you actually have met good people willing to teach you.. I know how you feel when they are selfish… I even once had a superior that actually told me “Why should I teach you? You are so smart I teach mar habis?” I was shocked to hear that! But now no longer my superior… though I don’t go through such situation anymore.. but I am not being taught either hahaa.
